Dr. Saltz has closed his office in Boca Raton. I shall be setting up Gastroenterology services for Texoma Medical Center in rural North Central Texas near Lake Texoma.
It is a very exciting move for
Jill (my wife and office nurse) and I now that our girls are in college and our son is entering Law
School.
The records custodian is Josh Rubin, M.D. He is located at 1000 N.W.

Dr. Rubin is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He trained at Cornell and Duke University. He has practiced in Boca Raton for seven years.
Patients may obtain copies of their medical records by contacting the
records custodian.
If you returned to the office for a post procedure visit, then you
should already have a copy of your report and any pathology report.
If you need another copy, you may alternatively contact the medical
records dept at the facility where the procedure was done.
As we discussed, don't forget to mark your calendar for your followup
surveillance or screening endoscopy examination. If you have any
question about the date please remember that a copy of your report was
either given to you or faxed to your primary or referring physician at
the time of your examination. The recommendations are at the end
of that report.
Jill and I wish you all a healthy and long life. We shall miss
you, but after Hurricane Wilma, we have decided to move inland.
