Patient letters

A Fond Farewell To Richard & Jill Saltz

There are poems aplenty about Jack & Jill

But we want to honor the Richard & Jill on  our doctor bill!

As you leave to forge a life over some distant hill,

We said OH NO! and did it quite shrill

When we migrated to this small slice of paradise,

We were  concerned about medical care and advice,

And  luckily found this medical couple who are very nice,

They blend together better than sugar and spice.

Your caring ways this poem is all about,

Forgive the pun, you know us inside & out

For all you've done for us, we give a thankful shout,

I must be careful or my tears will fill my snout.

We will miss you as doctor and nurse,

My rhymes of course might even be worse,

With you we will no longer be able to converse,

But in our hearts and bellies you will always be first.

Yes, we will miss you as you face a new life,

The most charming doctor and nurse-wife,

May the road rise up and meet you without strife,

And may you face the years ahead without too many a gripe.

With best wishes for a happy and prosperous future from

Lila and Jerry F.

August 1006

"So we say farewell as you leave South Florida for north Texas and we are already missing you.  We've used your talent and expertise for five or six years and without hesitation agree that you rank well above all the others in  being thorough in  your ability to diagnose, in explaining the issues and in using preventative medicine.  Good luck and may your future bring you more success.  Your new patients are the lucky ones."   Lillian & Carl  R.

"It seems to me that you are practicing in the way good physicians practiced thirty odd years ago - with the addition of diagnostic and treatment tools which were not then available."

"a tribute to your ingenuity and to your commendable commitment to the welfare of your patients.

"it is my intent and purpose to make you aware of our deep appreciation for your adherence to the traditional dedication of providing excellent health care services to your patients."

"your...call- back and your deft questioning to pinpoint the nature of my problem and appropriate remedial action were a source of a very good feeling for us-  a feeling that we were safe and in good hands.  Your telephone call this morning to followup on my symptoms and your diagnosis was another source of warm feeling that 'somebody cares about us'."
